Vanessa takes a holistic and client-centered approach to care. She works collaboratively with her clients to understand their goals and builds treatment plans that combine exercise, education, and lifestyle strategies. Whether helping someone return to sport, manage pelvic pain, or regain confidence after pregnancy, Vanessa emphasizes empowering her clients with the tools and knowledge they need for long-term health and resilience.

For Vanessa, pelvic physiotherapy is not just professional—it’s personal. She has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact it can have on women’s lives, and she feels grateful for the knowledge that supported her through three pregnancies (including twins!) and her own rehabilitation journey.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Vanessa lifting weights in her home gym, hiking local trails, biking around town with the whole family in tow and generally keeping up with her four active kids.
